I am so excited about this! I’ve talked openly for quite a while now about moving into photographing food. Little did I know where it was leading me. I already have my personal food blog here, so why add another? Well, because it is a little different.
I love the twist on this one…tying in all the food and lifestyle delights that reside in our own 513 (that would be Cincinnati for those of you who don’t recognize our area code)…and, maybe a little outside our state lines from time to time.
I’m happy to introduce 513{eats} and the very first online issue…the 2011 holiday gazette!
I hope you enjoy seeing and reading about the holiday cheer that was seen and experienced in the last two weeks in the images and in the stories.
14 straight days of visiting locations, interviews, gathering of supplies, props, ingredients, followed by cooking, styling, shooting…all before sitting down to edit, design and create our first 2011 holiday gazette.
The goal was to spread a little foodie cheer and showcase the holiday atmosphere that we experienced in our own 513.
Come discover: a little bit of who the Wildeys of Wildey Flower Farm are and what they do when they’re not picking beautiful flowers from their farm in warmer months…what would the holidays be without cookies?…and what about a few foodie gifts?…did someone say nutella?…and how OTR dressed up for the season.
We want to uncover more of who and what makes up our neighborhoods and makes them fabulous as well as give a little glimpse of what we’re about. If you know of a hidden gem that more should know about,
