The Cincinnati Addy Awards were held on Saturday night at the Moerlein Tap Room, hosted by Cincinnati’s branding firm, Landor. It’s an awards celebration of Cincinnati’s design and advertising community.
You may have already seen some phone picts online, but how could I not make a short but, official post about the event.
The American Advertising Federation of Cincinnati awarded a Silver ADDY Award for the photography in the 513{eats} 2014 Calendar ~ INKED ~ that Graphic Illustrator Lisa Ballard, Ilene Ross, and I created for The de Cavel Family Sids Foundation.
Of course, there could not have been any imagery without the beautifully inked chefs who allowed me to make portraits of them and of their artfully plated creations to fill the calendar with, and with which all the proceeds of, benefited JR’s Foundation. Goodness all around.
Yup, Lisa, Ilene & I are pretty proud over all of this. xo
