Is it really the beginning of the very last month of 2014? It’s hard to believe, but it is.
And, since it is the first day of December, it means it’s time to flip your 513{eats} Culinary Art ~ INKED Calendars over to reveal Chef Stephen Shockley, of DATE DINNER, (well, his beautifully tatted back) next to his festive plated dish – Oeil de Pedrix – Two Fold Tortellini, all month long.
Thank you to everyone who purchased a calendar of which all the proceeds, again this year, went to benefit The de Cavel Family SIDS Foundation.
Thank you to all the chef’s who lent themselves (and their tattoos) to my camera, as well as creating beautifully plated dishes to accompany their portraits to fill the months of the year with.
